Bri is a home-baker with years of trying and testing all kinds of gluten free ingredients to get to where she is at! She bakes in an entirely gluten and nut free kitchen and takes the utmost care to follow the rules for the safe handling of ingredients.

Bri has always had a love of baking all things desserts that make people smile! When her dad and brother were diagnosed with Celiac, she started exploring different ingredients and ways of making things exactly how they remember them.

Fast forward to now...her entire extended family puts in orders for her GF baking and she just wants to put smiles on more faces that think gluten free has to be dry or something resembling cardboard just to enjoy a dessert.
